11 Organizing Tips That’ll Make You Take Action

Spread the love

“Don’t forget to wash your hands.”

“Close the door behind you.”

“Pick up your clothes.”

“Like I told you ten times before – it’s behind your socks in the second drawer.”

It seems like half the job of being a mom is reminding everyone of…um…EVERYTHING! 😉

Seriously, I had no idea this was part of the job description.

Being the keeper and knower of all things in this family, can be rewarding at times but also – totally exhausting.

I mean who’s there to remind us of everything? Am I right?!

So to lend a hand in this area, today I’ve released an episode of LIO TV that’s all about reminders – for YOU!

‘Cuz even a smartypants like you could benefit from a prompting, reinforcement or a simple “try this again” when it comes to valuable tips and strategies.

So puh-lease, sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

And you know I’d love to hear which one of these tips you’re gonna get back on. I’ll share mine over in the comments too. Can’t wait to see you there!

To gentle nudges!

XO,
Mridu

Thanks for the summary, Mridu. I’m going with “what’s the next step”, so I reviewed my renewal policy for homeowner’s insurance and got that out of the way. Now I can move on. It had been sitting around for about two weeks unread.

I love your “Baby Step” idea about working on one small area at a time. Doing so limits the “mess” tackling a large area all at once involves. When we did the floors of 3 rooms in our home, That was a huge tackle mess. Good news is not everything went back into the rooms and a lot of “clutter” was gone. As we put things back I micro “simplified” and reduced once again. Now if you could just give a tip for being “in love” with dusting (sigh) I’d be all set.

Awesome! I find baby steps to be THE best solution any time or I’m overwhelmed or want to start a project. As far as the dusting…let me know when you find a dusting fairy! 😉 xo,m
