3 Ways To Stay Organized Every Single Day

Spread the love

Ever feel like you’re doing a good job getting things organized but still can’t seem to get through the day-to-day?

You’ve decluttered. You’ve simplified. You’ve used the right tools.

Yet between mail, projects, meals, work, laundry, and social commitments, you still feel like you can barely keep your head above water.

What gives??

It’s no wonder with all we have going on.Β

I’ve found that I can make a huge dent in my day and my ability to keep things moving somewhat smoothly, if I do just a few things consistently.

And I’m sharing my top three in today’s vid, (for your viewing pleasure). πŸ˜‰

When you’re done watching please let me know which one of these three tips you’re gonna start doing, pronto!

Love you so much for your support and enthusiasm. Remember, every small change is a big step towards a more fulfilling life. I’m so proud of you!

I am not that good about planning meals.
Have you thought about making T-shirts? I would totally wear them!

Hi Mridu,
I like tips #1 Plan tomorrow and #3 quick pick-up the best.
And I had a light bulb moment for me – do the planning around 7:30am before I settle in for a fun Netflix. That way I still have energy, can review the day just ending, and have a sense of peace about tomorrow.
I can also do personal hygiene at this time – flossing, brushing teeth – again while I have energy. Then Netflix is
the reward.
I like the idea of a nighttime pick-up, which, for me, will be an “evening” pick-up.
Thanks as always for the tips. Quay

Hmmm..never thought about the t-shirts…but interesting idea. πŸ˜‰ Are you talking about LIO t-shirts…or just this gorgeous face? LOL!! Just kidding Charu. Thanks for all your awesome support!! xo, mridu

Mridu

Quay, I love how you’ve taken the tips and adapted them to YOUR lifestyle. That’s so important because there’s really no “one size fits all” solution. If 7:30pm works best for you, then 7:30pm it is! πŸ˜‰
And by the way, thanks for inspiring others with your always positive and productive comments. You are awesome!

Love your videos! I plan to use #3 more. Sometimes I get so tired at night that I just go to bed and figure I’ll clean up “tomorrow”. No wonder I woke up in a bad mood! My grandmother always used to do the quick pick up in the evenings right before bed and told me once you get in the habit of doing that, all your days seem to start out right. Thanks for the tip!

Also, instead of t-shirts, have you thought about magnets with motivational sayings or some tips? That would be awesome!

Mridu

Kris, your grandma was a smart lady! πŸ˜‰ Seriously, even a 5 minute pick up at night helps me start the next day better. Try it a few times and see how your mood changes in the morning.

And thank you so much for your sweet words. I love making these vids! Ok, you all are really giving me food for thought. I really like the idea of motivational sayings and/or tips. …just need to think about the best way to execute that. But thanks for getting me thinking. ;))) So much appreciation for you! xo, mridu

Hi Mridu This was so practical and helpful! I’m already working on #1 and #2 as I recently realized that trying to figure those out on the last minute is taking too much time and energy, and I always end up wasting time (needless to mention the guilt that comes after that for having wasted time). But #3 is something I should work on from today. Thanks again! You are awesome! Love, Gayathri
