Do you ever feel all over the place? Like you can’t seem to get a handle on everything you need to get done.
I know how it feels to have so many ideas, mixed up emotions, feeling unfocused, scattered with so much to do and such little time.
You get conflicting advice or worse, try to figure it all out on your own, in your own head.
And then wonder: Why don’t things change for me?!
When I look at the exact steps I’ve taken to get to where I am, I know I wouldn’t have been able to get a grip on my life by myself. I needed Help. Guidance. Support.
Actually not needed, but need.
No matter how much I grow, no matter how many goals I reach, I continue to need help, guidance and support.
When it comes down to it, my coach has helped me with three simple, yet critical steps to reaching success.
And whether you feel overwhelmed in your personal life or professional life, I promise that if you follow these three steps, you’ll come out on the other side more in control too.
Step 1: Get Really Clear On Your Goals
What’s most important in your career and life? Where do you want to be professionally and personally? How do you want your day, week, month and year to feel? Where would you love to see yourself six months from now?
I’m not gonna lie. Getting clear takes inner work and time. But it pays itself back tenfold when you do.
In order to set future goals you need to evaluate past goals and understand why you did or didn’t reach them.
You need to embrace the right mindset to take action and make things happen.
This first step is about getting clarity about all the things that have gotten out of your control or that have fallen by the wayside – and then reprioritizing them.
Step 2: Make A Plan
Strategizing on a clear PLAN OF ACTION is the super glue to ensure your goals aren’t just a pipedream.
When it comes to feeling in control of your life and waking up knowing exactly what you’ll do, where you’ll spend your time and energy, a plan is a non-negotiable.
A plan is the difference between a goal and an achievement.
With a plan you determine what needs to happen to actually reach your goals.
Like working backwards to set milestones, ensuring your action steps are achievable yet a bit of a stretch, and measuring your progress along the way.
With a clear plan in place you will hit step #3 out of the park, which ultimately brings it all home.
Step 3: Set Up Kick Ass Systems
Once you’re totally clear on what you want and have clear plan on how to get there, how do you make it happen so you don’t lose motivation or get burnt out?
You set up systems.
Simple, efficient systems that make the best use of your energy, time, space and money.
When it comes to making progress in the areas that are important to you, goals are the starting point, but systems give you the results.
Here are examples of how goals and systems work together to get to where you want to be.
- If you’re a runner, your goal is to run a marathon. Your system is your training schedule for the week and the month.
- If you’re a writer, your goal is to write a book. Your system is the writing schedule you follow each week.
- If you’re an entrepreneur, your goal is to build a million dollar business. Your system is your sales and marketing process.
Systems turn goals and plans into habits. And habits turn your life into success.
So there you have it. Getting clarity, having a plan and creating systems is what takes the confusion and overwhelm out of life and helps you get exactly what you desire, once and for all.
I’ve used this process and still use it all the time, especially when I’m feeling overwhelmed or not getting to where I want to be fast enough.
And I can help you too if you’re juggling a million things, have a hard time staying focused and would love to be more in control.
If you’re truly ready to make a change and are craving a roadmap – in organized way that makes you feel you empowered (and like you’re not losing your mind) – I invite you to take me up on a 100% no obligation free assessment.
In fact, I’m dedicating the entire month of September to you.
I’m opening up this month to talk to you, one-on-one, so you get the support you need before the holidays hit and the year comes to an end.
What happens on this free call? It’s pretty simple.
- You tell me what working in your life and what’s not.
- I’ll tell you if the support you need is in my wheelhouse.
- And if we both feel like a good fit, we’ll talk about my coaching program. If not, we’ll both have made a new friend and we’ll continue on with our day.
Bottom line: We all need guidance and help.
I want you to take a moment and think really hard about what will change in your life if you don’t get the support you need to:
- get clear on what you want
- stop procrastinating
- manage your day and time
If you’re thinking “probably nothing will change” – take me up on this free assessment right here. I’d love for us to get to know each other better.
Here’s to getting more of the right things done!

Mridu
