does this STILL happen to you too?

I didn’t expect it to happen at a Zoom meeting of five people, but it did.

Just when I thought I had it nailed, the queasies crept up on me.

Whether it’s an online event or on a live stage of 500, my years of speaking in front of audiences still doesn’t prevent me from a tinge (or entire belly full) of nausea.

It’s also exhausting.

The mental and physical energy that goes into prepping and psyching myself up for a live performance is draining.

In fact, one hour of speaking exerts the same level of energy as about five hours in the office.

Which is why I finally figured out that it was a bad idea to schedule “taxes” right after I keynoted a conference.

Which is also why it’s important to get in touch with your own energy-producers and energy-drainers.

Trust me, it’s a thang.

Some tasks (like strategizing and planning) suck a lot of stamina from you, while others (like dishes and filing)…well…not so much.

I’d love to help you figure out how to SAVE your power for when it really matters, in this week’s podcast called: “THE Key To Being An Energizer Bunny.”

Because aligning your tasks to your energy can totally change your results – for the better.

You can listen to this 24-minute piece of goodness right here: Apple | Spotify | Stitcher

And in case you’re like, “listening to more of your podcasts would give me energy!” then, first of all, you’re my new bestie.

Second of all, I’m linking to my last few podcasts below so all you have to do is the ole’ point and click.

Enjoy!

ppsLiterally every time my son moves his big toe, it cracks. LOUD. This also gives me the queasies. I know he does it to bug me but he says he can’t help it and I’m like: Really? Most people don’t go around flexing their big toe all day!

What gives you the queasies? Shoot me back and message and let me know!
