I cringe when I think about this.
For the first three years of my biz (back when I was a home organization coach), I thought I hit the jackpot.
Work from home, be my own boss, have total flexibility. I was so smart.
Meanwhile, it wasn’t long before I was drowning in all the graphics, posts, workshops, logos, marketing, products, blogs, planning, photoshoots, invoicing needs (just to name a few).
Things sure seemed easier from my outside (ignorant) perspective.
It took me a while to realize I was my own worst enemy.
Because I chose to fly solo. Alone. All by my little lonesome.
Not so smart after all.
To think I could soar without any support was not only naive but also pretty full of myself.
It’s one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as I reflect on my peaks of success… and valleys of failure.
Minus strategizing and brainstorming with a posse of experts and fellow lady comrades…my bank account and confidence grew at a snail’s pace.
Or even set me back as I was so caught up in my own head and overwhelm.
Sound familiar?
Luckily, I smartened up and finally invested in people and places that lifted me up.
It’s just one of the success components that I cover in this week’s podcast:
Unbeatable Ingredients For Success.
