What if time management or organization doesn’t come to you naturally?
Maybe your desk looks like it’s been hit by a bomb or you’re drowning in emails and you think “why didn’t I inherit the organized trait?!”
I have good news for you.
It can be learned.
First thing:
*Forget natural-born talent.*
Think about all the other things that didn’t come to you naturally but you can do.
Notice I didn’t say that you’re an expert at, or the best in the world at…but that you can do.
Like for me who said I’m not cut out for speaking. Until I regularly taught on stages.
Like my friend who said she was never good with kids. Until she had her own.
Like my client with no musical skills. Until she learned to play the guitar in her 40s.
Your past relationship with time or prioritizing or organization DOES NOT determine your future.
It might make you feel like it’s a struggle or make you frustrated and overwhelmed.
This is your CURRENT relationship and it can absolutely 100% change.
As long as you really want it.
Any preconceived notions you have, what it represents, how it makes you feel – be open to a shift.
These thoughts we have are only truths because we say they are.
“I’m not good at focusing” or “I’m unorganized” or “I’m not good at managing my business.”
Although you may have proof of this it doesn’t mean you can’t still effectively manage it right now.
If you’re open to the idea that you can get good at stuff that you were once “bad” at then you will make a dramatic shift in your life and results.
The question is: Are you willing to make a change?
You have tremendous growth potential. Never forget that.
