Pantries, closets, garages…oh my!
Back in my professional home organizing days, I loved transforming spaces.
But doing what you love and running a business are two different things.
Sorting and decluttering for my clients did not equal strategizing and systemizing for my biz.
I spent time on things I thought I should be doing – making sense of contracts and invoices, stressing out about social media, or banging my head against the wall about tech snafus.
It felt productive but in reality was just busy work, keeping me away from growing my team, lasering systems, and spending time with my kiddos and hubby.
Day after day, week after week, my brain was consumed with this stuff and at the end of the month I had little to show for working ON the biz.
Could I organize a kitchen? Heck yes.
Was I productive in my business? Heck no.
Getting stuck in the busyness is not how you run a successful business.
Fast forward to now, I have time to think, time to breathe, time to expand services, time to dive into my clients brains, time to strategize, time to plan…and time to binge Netflix with my fam (without feeling guilty).
I don’t share this to say “hey, look at me, I’ve got it all figured out!”
I say this because you might be exactly where I was a few years ago.
- Massively capable
- Superbly qualified
- Totally under leveraging your skills because you’re drowning in the weeds
- Overwhelmed by the details, the days and weeks are passing you by, and you even start wondering if you’re cut out of this
If you can relate, I’m looking for you.
A sharp-as-a-nail high achieving woman who is ready to step into the CEO role in 2022.
I’m not talking about “oh I’d love to have time for exercise some days, when I can squeeze it in.”
I’m talking about “I have a huge calling in my life, I was made for so much more than email, I’m ready to do what it takes to get control of my life.”
If you know you have the skills to be in charge but need the confidence and guidance to get there…
…If your soul is screaming “Something’s gotta change this year!”
Then set up a call here.
I’m waiting to talk to you.
Like actually waiting.
…Still waiting.
Xo, Mridu
