Today I’m talking about a topic that I believe every high performer deals with. It’s something we need to talk about because it prevents amazing, driven, compassionate women from reaching their potential and being their best selves.
And it’s about hearing, listening, and giving in to the wrong voice.

Loved this! Actually, this is how I need to start my day — in quietness and getting in tune with my Creator. I know this but then my mind takes over and I get filled with my long To Do list and often jump right in and then just keep going with one thing after the other. Thanks for this reminder that I need to make my modus operandi again. It’s a fight of flesh against spirit. Listening to His still, small voice will definitely keep me on track and stop e freaking out and feeling so flustered with all I want to do each day. I have so many projects that I need that clear direction and energy to focus on the one thing I do and not be scattered with the annoying voice telling me of everything I am not doing. Thanks again. You’re a jewel!
Lona, I so appreciate your message and for starting this valuable conversation. Yes, there are so many things we all want to jump on but if we sit quietly we will be guided on which way to be led. So important to tap into your inner voice to keep you from feeling scattered and overwhelmed. Let’s do this together! 🙂 Thanks again and I look forward to staying connected. Xo, M
