Not Enough Downtime? Do This.

Been a busy bee, taking care of all the things?

You might also have a ton on your mind to do this weekend…
– Pay the bills.
– Shop for the gifts.
– Clean the bathrooms.
(oohhh….this one gives me the yuckies!)

But when tomorrow morning rolls around it might be entirely too tempting to not stay in your favorite pj’s and bond with your remote control.

That was one of my favorite pastimes in college.

Lounging with my besties, reliving every detail of some drunken escapade from the night before, bingeing romcom’s, wasting the day away until it was time to get dressed and go out again.

I’m not exactly sure when that relaxing time turned into time ridden with guilt (probably after those pesky kids joined our family)…

…but now it’s hard to watch anything without simultaneously folding laundry or feeling like a complete schlep if I’m not “ON” at every moment.

Oh to do nothing and not feel bad about it. (I miss those sweet hungover days).

Are you craving guilt-free downtime?

If you’d like to reclaim your chillaxing days too, you’ve gotta get your ears on this week’s podcast: Not Enough Downtime? Here’s How To Get It.

The answer is much simpler than you might think.

You just need to do ONE thing to make this weekend a fun-fest instead of blaming yourself for slacking on your to-do list.
