Ever feel like you’re on a treadmill?
Always moving but not really making movement?
Like, no matter what steps you take, you can’t quite move the needle.
Plus, you have a rocky year or two and you battle setbacks, overwhelm, and stress.
I’ve seen too many business owners going through this recently…
I can change this cycle for you.
Seriously. Here’s the deal.
You are smart. You have mad skills. You have created success.
BUT…here’s what you need to know.
What got you ‘here’ won’t get you ‘there’.
Trying to use the same strategies that worked in the past, to get you to your goals in the future, is a big no-no.
Things are different from how they were 6 months, 1 year, 3 years ago…
So don’t you need to be different too?
It’s easy to fall into habits and actions that are comfortable.
It’s time to challenge yourself.
Focus on different skills to grow and take your biz to the next level.
**Uplevel your game.**
Getting to the next stage in revenue, team, or leadership means improving your automating, delegating, systemizing, and prioritizing.
When I started my business I was focused on created coaching programs.
As my client base grew and my time was more booked, instead of shifting my responsibilities, I added more and more to my plate.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but this was holding me back from focusing on new clients and thinking about where I wanted to take my business.
I was terrified of handing over my workload to someone else, who quite frankly, wasn’t in the trenches with me.
But once I did and I had so much more time and space to think, strategize, and plan, all I thought was: “why did I wait so long?!”
I have my coach to thank for that push. Just because you know you should do something, doesn’t mean you do.
Upleveling means working on the right things at the right time.
If you’re not sure if you’re focusing on the right things, ask yourself…
- Am I feeling overwhelmed?
- Has my momentum stopped?
- Do I take two steps forward and one step back?
- Am I too far into the weeds and stunting my own growth?
Any yeses? Then you could be focusing on the wrong things.
The things that also keep you scattered, wondering why things aren’t moving faster, or why you’re always behind.
Never stop leveling up. Become the CEO that’s inside of you.
