don’t waste your energy on this

Question for you.

Where do you keep all your lists of all the stuff you need to get done?

Are you relying on sticky notes, backs of envelopes, planners, and journals?

Or maybe like a lot of women I work with you have different notebooks for different projects.

Or multiple tabs on separate spreadsheets.

Whatever your combo is – it’s all just too much.

Too many lists, to-do’s, tasks, and projects everywhere.

You have got to have it all in ONE PLACE, my sweets.

Why?

Because you can’t effectively plan your life when everything is disjointed.

You need to see a full overview of everything going on in ONE PLACE.

Our lives are integrated.

We’re putting our focus and attention across many projects, people, and demands all day long.

So if your tasks are in 3 or 10 places, it’s hard to look at things holistically, plan accurately, and not miss steps.

You’ll spend a lot of brain power, energy, and resources on connecting the dots and trying to create cohesiveness from different sources.

No bueno.

You have so many more valuable places to put your attention and energy.

Like your family, health, visibility, or leadership.

Rather than on worrying about things falling through the cracks.

So, get all your lists in one place, one place, one place.

Btw, one of my favorite list-making tools is Evernote.

But there are a ton of great tools out there.

It’s not the tool that matters.

It’s the ONE PLACE strategy behind it that does.

If you’d love support to make better use of your time and get back in control, we really should talk. Schedule a time here.
