know what you ought to do?

No matter how much you have to do, without a plan, you’ll end up wasting time.

After you run around from client to client.

After you answer emails.

After you take care of emergencies…

You’ll finally have some breathing room.

And you won’t know what to do.

You’ll have a two-hour window where you could do something valuable, but with so much to do, you won’t do anything at all.

Except scroll online.

Or reorganize your desk.

Or mindlessly look at posts.

Or clean the counters (again).

What’s the truth here? Why aren’t you taking advantage of time when you’re not dealing with emergencies?

Do you only work well under pressure?

Know your weaknesses well so you can get to work on yourself. Your growth will be reflected in your confidence.

For a long time, I only focused on what “I had to do” and not on what “I ought to do.”

I felt scarce about money, clients, and my confidence about staying on top of details.

I knew I was capable of so much more but I was drenched with confusion and overwhelm.

I felt low and frustrated about wasting my day and then felt even more behind and stressed the next day.

When I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started actually having a plan for my “downtime,” momentum grabbed ahold of me.

I started crossing off more of those “I oughta be doing” tasks and projects. And magically, I felt so much more capable and confident.

People started responding to my confidence. I had more consistency in clients I loved, in my revenue, and in my momentum.

This is how it works.

When you have a plan for how to effectively use your time and where to best put your efforts, you become unstoppable.

You take responsibility, you create and exceed goals, and you stop berating yourself for wasting precious hours.

You realize that you don’t need to do more work. You need to focus on the right work.

There’s a big difference.

You’re not afraid of hard work. But you hate wasting your effort.

Have a plan you can stick to for working ON your business, and your time feels useful, simple, and rewarding.

So when you finally have an hour or two to “do the work” you know exactly what work to do.

It gives you the ultimate power to change, to create, to have.

It keeps you out of confusion, frustration, and stress.

It makes you happy and confident. Very.

If you’re ready to get help with getting there, let’s chatThere’s only three months before the holiday kick in. Make ’em count.
