The Simplest Way To Reach Your Daily Goals

I used to be the Queen of Overwhelm primarily because I was the Queen of Over-Complicating.

Like I thought I needed to create my programs and trainings before I sold them. Wrong. That was weeks and months of painstaking work for something I didn’t even know would sell. Overcomplicated.

Like I thought I needed a fancy website before I could work with clients. Wrong. A Facebook page and a one-page landing site would have been perfect. Overcomplicated.

Like I thought I needed to plan out my whole year, month by month, quarter by quarter to reach my goals. Wrong. Overcomplicated.

I really needed a SUPER SIMPLE way to get myself into DAILY HABITS.

That is what helps me reach my goals the fastest and with the most focus.

I share how I do this over on FB live today. Click here to check it out.

As I mention in the vid, I keep my list up on my laptop ALL DAY so it reminds me to do it, holds me accountable and keeps me on track.

This is so simple, I KNOW you can do it too.

You can simply write your list on a piece of paper or create a few columns and rows on a spreadsheet. Shouldn’t take you more than 10 minutes. But holy simple productivity and focus!

Oh, and one more thing.

You have to work on these tasks (newly forming habits) before you do other things in your home or business. These are your non-negotiables!

Meaning if there’s nothing else you get done in the day, these things need to happen.

BONUS: If you let me know in the comments that you’re doing it, I’ll check in with you a few times next week to make sure you stay on track. LOVES ME SOME accountability!

Accountability and discipline are key to your success story.

I can’t believe how much I am getting done by just giving myself a few things to accomplish each day! After our coaching call the day before yesterday I have been on fire.

I’ve had intro and outro videos made for my YouTube videos, written a checklist for uploading videos, and even posted my first “real” blog post with video. (http://lovemyschedule.com/dailyschedule-weekly-meal-menu-planning/)

I can’t wait to see what happens when I make a spreadsheet to enter my non-nogotiables. It’ll be fun to look back later and see what I was up to and how much I achieved.

Can’t wait for some accountability next week!

Amy, you ARE on fire! Incredible headway in just a couple days. Couldn’t be more excited for you (or proud of you!) 🙂 Ok, I promise to be in touch at least a couple time this week to see how your non-negotiables are going. You’re going to have an awesome week! xoxo, mridu

Miridu, you rock.

Thanks to your helpful hints and simplified way to hold myself accountable, I’ve accomplished a lot in my home ever since I started following you. I’ve even started a blog which I hope to turn into a checklist for distribution when I do public speaking concerning the contents of my blog. (No I’m not plugging the blog, just thanking you for helping me to simplify and organize my home so that I have the time to work on a blog.)
