If you’re anything like me, I agonize over buying the “perfect gift”, especially for our friends’ kids. Often they “have everything” and gift cards usually get used on diapers. My recommendation is to buy personalized gifts that are suitable for either gender, easy to order, and most importantly, memorable for the recipient. Here’s what you can do to take the pain out of baby-gift shopping.
1) Keep it simple. Find one or two of your favorite online sites that provide personalized gifts. (see below for ideas).
2) BOOKMARK them on your browser, so you don’t waste time the next time you need a gift. Remember, because they are personalized (and therefore unique) it is okay (in fact it’s smart!) to buy the same gift repeatedly. We have friends who look forward to birthday keepsakes as they keep growing their family. It’s just our thing! 🙂
