With my kiddos back in school it’s more important than ever that the Parikh household stays on a good routine. Our days are crazed with appointments, meetings and after school activities. I, like you, don’t have time to waste on finding things and helping everyone else figure out where things go.
So that’s why it’s critical to make your most used spaces, work the best. In our house, the kitchen is our central place to hang. So today I’m sharing some advice on how to keep your pantry organized so everybody’s life is easier…which makes your life happier. 🙂
This simple four step process starts with Sorting. Yes, you’ve done it before and you can rock it here again. Watch my short vid to see the other 3 steps that will give you a pantry of envy…oh yeah.
Thanks for watching, you awesome thang! Remember, if you dig this video be sure to forward it to your friends. And please leave a short comment below on:

Or if you have any other advice, don’t be shy to share your wisdom too!
You’re amazing for having the courage to make changes in your life. Remember, one day at a time. Celebrate your small victories! “See” you next week.
Hi Mridu, I just wrote about the same topic on my blog with the angle of staying organized helps save money.

Hey Ashini,
I just read your post…great tips in there! I especially love clearing your fridge before you shop. It’s not just the pantry we have to think about. 😉 Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
Great work always 🙂
Mridu makes touth-swork fun and practical. I wait for her videos!
My husband is excited that I am finally getting things in order! (PS: we cannot agree on where each item needs to go).
i say whoever spends more time in the pantry gets the final say ;))
Hi Mridu,
Thank you for the video. I am way behind watching your videos. I guess this is the last one and I am in par now, I guess.
Here are two tips that I find useful
1. “Have a no grocery trip week every once in a while”.
This forces me to use-up some items from the pantry and sometimes even come-up with a new recipe 🙂
2. “Never leave for grocery shopping hungry”.
I tend to buy too many snacks if I am hungry during the grocery shopping. This is a tip my husband gave me in early days of our marriage. It took a while for me to realize that he is right.
This is so why I love this forum. Thank you for sharing these awesome tips with me and everyone reading. I LOVE them both.
However, I do slide on #2 once in a while….especially when I know I’m going to Costco’s and there’s a lot of samples to try! (come on, others have to be thinking that way too!) 😉
You rock. best, mridu
