#4: Why You Feel Chaotic

(Clearly, this was recorded before the coronavirus as I talk about planning our Spring break!)

Today I’m talking all about planning, your ability to do it or not, and the impact it has on you. I have worked with tons of amazing, driven women, and this is where they are challenged the most. I’m specifically going to tell you about executive function, “the management system of the brain.”

When you understand how this set of mental skills impacts you every day to learn, work, and manage daily life, you’ll know you’re not doomed to be unorganized forever. You may just a bit lower on the executive functioning spectrum and can learn simple techniques to strengthen your powers.
