Ep. 94: When you have no time to work ON your business

When I ask this survey question: “What’s your #1 biggest productivity challenge you’re struggling with right now?” Here’s the number one answer I get: “Not having time to work ON my business. I don’t have systems in place, but I’m so busy with client projects that I don’t feel like I have the time to stop and put them in place, so I keep re-inventing the same thing over and over again.”

If you can relate to that, you don’t want to miss today’s episode on prioritizing what’s most important. Cuz the truth is, EVERYTHING is important in your business.

BUT everything does not have the same priority.

Find out how to figure out where exactly you should put your focus and energy so you get the best results in the shortest time with the least stress.

This is so me. NO – really – this was my comment.
Still struggling to find the balance. I’ve been in business for a while and I’m at the point that I really need to make systems my priority. I don’t feel like I can scale back and wait lists aren’t a thing in my industry.

I think I’m just not using my time wisely because I have time during the day, but procrastinate and fuff around because even though I’ve been doing this for a while, I don’t have clear ideas about what comes next.

I need to make the time.

Challenge:
1. Acceleration phase.
2. Biggest priority needs to be figuring out my process and getting the software systems in place so they work for me.

Thanks for your thoughts on my comment!

Lisa, apologies for the technical difficulties…I just saw that my responses have not been posting!

Thank YOU for your great comment and for spurring a whole episode for me. :)) Love that you made systems a priority for you.

So now that it’s been a while, I’d love to know. Have you systemized the hell out of your biz?! Let me know….and promise I’ll have a quick response that actually posts!
