I’ve been working hard on staying balanced and mental and physical breaks are a big part of the equation.  Freeing yourself mentally is just as important as removing physical clutter in your life.  It helps you re-focus and regain your energy.

 

Just got back from the sandy white beaches of Destin, Fl.  We made an impromptu trip for the long weekend.  I forget how just a couple of days can be so rejuvenating.

But now, back to the stuff that clutters your home.  No better time than the spring to get some of that unnecessary stuff out of your life.
