I’ve been suffering from ridiculous insomnia lately and it is really wearing me out.  Actually, I guess it’s not really insomnia since I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.  But I wake up around 4am everyday to go to the bathroom (if you’ve given birth, you can relate to my small bladder issues!) and I just can’t get myself back to sleep.

I start thinking about what I need to get done and I start playing the day out into my head.  It’s a terrible habit, I know.  And I’m really trying to get out of it.  But it keeps me wondering through the day: are my perfectionist habits affecting my sleep too?!
