Have You Taken This Simplification Step?

Spread the love

Lately I’ve been working with a lot of folks on organizing their photos.  It seems that many of us struggling with the same challenge.  How do we contain our huge collections?!  For most people reading this, your photos collections are a combination of Polaroids, prints and digital photos.  Gone are the days of one photo format, making it challenging to marry them all with a system that works.

My suggestion?  Scan.  Go digital.  And preserve your memories for generations, taking little to no space.  (Think photo books or digital photos on a hard-drive or on your computer). Oh yeah…this digital thang makes mama very stress-FREE!  Check out my short video to see the top four benefits of embracing the digital era.  🙂

After you’ve watched, here’s what I’d love to know from YOU (in the reply box below).  Do have reservations about “going digital?”  Or do you love it?

Always thankful for your support and wishing you a very happy week ahead,
Mridu

I would love to know what scanner you would suggest to use. I have a HP all in one, and I’m not happy with the quality. Thanks for all your ideas! And I love your sense of humor :0)

Thanks so much Kim! I actually have a high-speed photo scanner so I can feed 50 photos at a time. It’s a few years old now but still works great. It’s a Canon i1220 scanner (was about $600). I used to scan photos professionally so for me it was definitely worth the investment. I’m sure there are lower cost ones on the market…maybe an Amazon search would be worth your while. Sorry I don’t have other suggestions but since I have the high-speed scanner I’ve never needed anything else!
