How To Get Things Done

Spread the love

I’m finally starting to feel in control of the kids’ schedule, since school and activities are back in full swing.  However, it’s MY time that takes a back seat. Can I hear a “tell me about it, sista!”

I spent my Sunday making lists of everything I want to get done in the next few weeks and then scheduled “action time” for those things on my calendar.  Can’t promise I’ll stick to everything but I know just writing them down and coming up with a plan eased my anxiety level — mucho.

Watch today’s video and see how this strategy can help YOU get things done.  I promise you’ll be more productive than ever if you simply take a few minutes before each week starts, to think it through.

When you’re done watching please give me a shout out in the reply box below and let me know how you felt after blocking specific time in your schedule to get things done.

Thanks for taking the time to read and watch this.  I love to hear from you and need to know that I’m reaching someone out there!  Please don’t by shy to comment girlfriend…and the occasional boyfriend. 😉

You’re fabulous for making positive changes in your life.  Remember, each small and meaningful step counts!

With love and appreciation,
Mridu

P.S.  Would you like a little help with managing your time from a trained professional — with a dazzling smile, contagious energy and a name that’s nearly impossible to say?!  (Hypothetically speaking of course).  Well, I’d love to work with you, no matter where you live.  Say wuh?  Yes, I coach over the phone or via Skype so you can get your life in order — without leaving your pajamas.  Contact me if you’d like any info. or just wanna chat.  mridu@lifeisorganized.com

Thanks for another wonderful, motivational video! Our goals definitely seem much more manageable while objectively organized/listed rather than as a jumbled up, formidable cluster of things to do in our minds! I also love the “checking off” part-makes me feel like I actually accomplished something!

Mridu

Oh, we share a love for checking off! 🙂 Sometimes I even write things in my list (that I’ve already done but didn’t have theme written down) just so I can cross them off. Sad, but true. Thanks for reaching out. I love hearing from you Sharmila. xoxo, mridu

I would be lost without my lists! I may even be persuaded to go digital with them one day (it’s on my list too!).

Mridu

Print or digital…whatever works! I’d be soooo lost without my lists too! :))

Fabulous….Thank you for this motivational video. I am a huge believer in writing down the lists or for that matter writing down anything that i want to accomplish. It is a powerful exercise and makes me believe in attaining that goal.
BTW, I am in awe of your passion towards this blog.

Mridu

Thank YOU Kamala! Getting comments and starting new friendships is what keeps me motivated to keep up with my blog. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
And I love what you said about “lists making you believe you can attain a goal”. I couldn’t agree more!
