How To Let Go Of Guilty Clutter

Spread the love

Traumatic.  The best word to sum up last Wednesday.  It was my baby’s first trip to the dentist and although his adult teeth were growing in funny, I thought it was going to be a pretty routine trip.

Well, three giant needles and four pulled fangs later, I left with a worn out and guilty heart.  How could I not better prepare my sweet munchkin?  Perhaps… telling him that it was going to be a “fun visit” wasn’t the best approach.  What kind of a mamma am I??

But my hubby (who arrived second needle in) reminded me that our rugrat survived just fine.  In fact, he did great.  So there was no point in feeling guilty.

Guilt.  It makes you all irrational, out of sorts and doing things that just don’t make you feel good.  I know this first hand from “clutter guilt.”  S#!% you simply keep because you  feel bad about getting rid of it.

Watch today’s vid to see how you can let go of this guilty feeling (and clutter) and get a move on with your life.

Thanks for taking the time to watch.  Have I told you lately how much you rock?  Well, while you’re basking in your compliment, please take 30 more seconds to let me know which ONE item you chose to free yourself of.  Was it hard?  Easy?  How did you feel?

Remember, if you’re able to remove even one unnecessary item from your life, you’re one step closer to that happy place you deserve to be.

Muchas gracias for commenting below.  I do looooove hearing from you.

“See” you next week, my dear, with another motivating tip on taking control of your life.  Big smooches.  In fact, here’s one now.  Muuuuuaaahhhhh,

I took a bunch of my old silver jewelry to India last time we went and traded it in to put towards jewelry I like. 🙂 It wasn’t too much but killed two birds with one stone. 🙂 Thanks for your comments lady. xo, mridu
