How To Manage Your Life During Crisis and Change

I feel like I’m just starting to get some semblance of normalcy back after the big launch of Life is Organized.  Those last few weeks were brutal as my team and I were putting every waking minute into getting things just right.

As all my attention was on Work mode, I hit rock bottom in the Mom Department last week.  My kids came down for breakfast before school and there was no milk, cereal, frozen waffles or fruit to be found.  I sent my boys to school with dried bread in their tummies and kisses on their cheeks.

And after they left, I just laughed out loud. Little Miss Meal Planner couldn’t even keep it together enough to feed her kids in the morning! 🙂

A couple years ago, I would’ve beaten myself up over that.  Probably welled into tears over failing as a mom.  I remember feeling the same thing after have each of my babies. Confused, overwhelmed and quite frankly, isolated.

It’s really hard to keep up with it all when you have a big ole’ crisis, unusual project or life change going on.

Through my experiences however, I’ve realized some steps that are critical to being less vulnerable and more prepared for those onslaughts of challenging times.

Check out my short video today and when you’re done please share your last challenging time or crisis — where you had to make some changes in your goals and priorities too.

And as always, thank you for reading, watching and sharing.  Your support means the world to me.  And HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
