How To Organize Your Magazines

Spread the love

I don’t know if it’s a male thing, but both my dad and my husband subscribe to a ton of magazines. Seriously how many magazines can a person read? If you or someone in your home is a zine-machine, assess how many of those publications are actually read. If you’re saving up your magazines in hope that you will get around to reading them someday, you’ll need to the following:

  • Literally schedule “magazine time” and block out everything else from your calendar OR
  • Take all your unread magazines with you on a beach vacation

If you haven’t done either of the two or found any other way to catch up on your magazines in the last year, cancel the ones you are not reading. That is if you’re interested in saving money, energy and a few trees 🙂

That’s the first step in handling the magazine frenzy. The second is actually organizing the zines you have. WARNING: Throw all thoughts of stylish magazine racks out the window. What you’re about to see is not pretty looking, but is pretty useful.

Thank you! I have a lot of trade magazines and I too like to keep them for a while. This is a great way to make my office look clean.
