Simplest Trick To Reach Your Goals

Spread the love

Holy craziness – It’s 2014!

My family and I brought in the new year with ziplining, volcanoes and rainforests…oh my!

We were in gorgeous Costa Rica. It has got to be one of the most amazing countries in the world.

The people, the food, the environment…all breathtaking. And I’m feeling more fortunate than ever to have had that experience.

It was definitely an active vacay. The only down time we really had was when we were traveling between cities. I got a lot of good reading done.

In fact, I can’t wait to tell you about a book I finished about my favorite subject.

No, not about organizing ninjas. But about happiness.

And what better way to kick off the year than with a boost of positivity?!

Check it out in my short vid below. And when you’re through, please send some New Year lovin’ my way letting me know how you’ll reach one of your goals by:

  • adding something into your life OR
  • removing an obstacle from your life

You know I’d LOVE to hear from you.

Remember, every small step you take is a big step towards living happier. Don’t give up!

With love and appreciation,
Mridu

Studies have actually shown that drinking caffinated coffee can actually be benifical for your health for prevention of certain diseases ( parkinsons etc). Of course everyones reasons for coffee or not is unique as well as how much to drink. I don’t care for coffee, my vice is caffine in Pepsi. Getting those exercise clothes ready is a good idea. Something that helps me ( when I use it) is no computer until exercise is done. Happy New Year

I am eliminating cigarettes from my life & adding some personal time reading the Bible to my daily routine.

I actually didn’t want to cut out coffee completely but really wanted to cut down. (i was having way too many cups a day). But until I took away the coffee maker, I really couldn’t bring myself to it. 🙂
I love your computer idea. Perfect obstacle to remove to help you reach your exercise goal. Kind of like no tv for the kids until they do their homework. 😉
Thanks so much for sharing Terry. Wishing you an awesome 2014! xoxo, mridu
