3 Steps (And The Exact Words) To Take Control of Your Time

Spread the love

I was at my cousins wedding this weekend which was amazing!

Check this out. Half Argentinian, half Indian (half Jewish, half Hindu) married half Cuban, half American. I was so honored to witness this coming together of different cultures and religions in the most beautiful way.

Weddings are truly a special time and my husband and I try our best to attend each and every one that we can.

However, between the kids and work, it often requires some major finagling of schedules.

And speaking of schedules, this week I’m focusing on time management.

Isn’t it amazing how quickly our time gets eaten up? There are some days I feel incredibly fulfilled and other days I finally catch my breath at 9pm and wonder, “what did I get done today?”

One of my 2014 goals is to commit to taking better control of my time. To truly evaluate what I agree to, recognize where I’m willing to “share” my time, set some boundaries, and yes…say NO!

If this is something you’d like to get a better handle on too, I can’t wait for you to curl up to today’s video.

I’ll give you the exact words you can use to take better control of your time and being more assertive, without looking or feeling like a jack@$#.

I’d love to know what area in your life you’d like to take more control. Please let me know about it on the comments below. That’s where all the good stuff happens. 😉

And good luck in using this tactic this week. I hope it feels awesome!

Wishing you a peaceful and stress-free week,
Mridu
