I had so much fun this weekend celebrating our Valentines partay. From my first chocolate martini to dancing til midnight, I was so thankful for my family, friends and happy life.
Part of my happiness stemmed from the fact I could really enjoy my evening. With the party organized (check out last weeks blog) I could mingle, drink and dance without fretting over my guests or food. It made me confident that I could pull it off again next year (or an even bigger event).
Which brings me to today’s video on organization and building your self-esteem. (Sneaky transition, wasn’t that?)
I know first-hand that the more things run smoothly in my life, the more confident I am in my ability to achieve stuff. And that feeling is uh-ma-zing!
Watch my short video to see what I mean. When you’re done please be a sweetie and let me know:
- one area in your life that could use some organizing that will help boost your confidence
As always, thank you for reading, watching and sharing. And for your awesome support.
Hope you have a great week and I’ll “see” you again next Wednesday.
xoxo,
Mridu
love the video! Akshay told me about your party..heard you all had a blast 🙂
by the way, I got a new haircut….haha.
post a pic. I want to see it!
Your party spread looks awesome! Soooooo, when Steve went to get his birthday cake off my counter Sunday night, he found a ROACH on it! I bet tons of bucks that has NEVER happened to you! By the way, loved seeing the article about you in Saturdays Tennessean. Congrats on your successes!
Oh Hilary. That is much worse than when we visited my cousins for Thanksgiving and their dog grabbed the cooked turkey off the platter on the kitchen counter and ran with it!
yeah will do soon 🙂
thank you Hilary!! the article was a bit of a surprise…so I was really happy about it 😉
And girl, Ive had more party bloopers than Id like to admit. Just gotta laugh it off….and eat more cake! xo, mridu
Micheline, LOVE LOVE that story. But really, my wedding day tops them all off though. Our friends brand new BMW was stolen (at our wedding!), my parents didnt have a table and a fire started from one of our candleabras…and that was before the reception started! 🙂
