My Best Decluttering Tip for the Holidays

Spread the love

I hope during all your running around, wrapping gifts, writing cards, baking treats, updating decor and general go-get-’em style – you’re able to stop, take a deep breath, and appreciate YOU.

:: For managing all the expectations and demands on your time
:: For making all those meals and folding all that laundry
:: For pushing forward each and every day, even when you’ve felt defeated
:: For striving for better, yet accepting all the imperfections
:: For giving your love to others unconditionally
:: For all your advice, kindness and encouragement
:: For not giving up and for keeping faith

I’m honored to be a part of your life.

And I’m so thankful for your time, effort, views, likes, shares and comments week after week on my blog.

I can’t wait for you to see the last video of 2015, as it’s a reminder of who you are — a giving and generous person.

And the icing on the cake is that it could inspire your last bout of decluttering for the year too. It’s a win-win. 🙂

After you’re done watching, here’s what I’d love to hear from you:

  • What’s one item that’s your “old” that could be someone else’s “new”?

Your comments inspire so many others…looking forward to chatting with you down in the comments.

Wherever you are in the world, and whatever you celebrate – I’m sending you love, joy and peace. And I can’t wait to rock 2016 with you!!

With so much love and appreciation,
Mridu

When I purchase a new cell phone I donate my old one to a battered women’s shelter. When we get new glasses we donate the old ones to our Vets. Old towels and blankets we donate to the local animal shelter.

Love it Susan! That’s so awesome. Way to give back in such a meaningful way. Happy holidays sweet friend! xo, Mridu

I am “decluttering” a neighbor’s dresser the Sunday after Christmas. She’s disabled
and can’t stand for long, so I go through things and she tells me what she wants to keep.
The rest gets donated (truck coming January 7th) or tossed. We both feel good when
we’re done!

This is so beautiful. What an amazing way to bring in the new year. Thanks for sharing Julie! xo, mridu
